Auditory Consumption

On my father's side I come from a family of professional musicians. I was raised playing violin. At age 16 I switched to cello. After years of wistfully watching the cello section, seated opposite me in orchestra, this was my first taste of true musicianship. Two years of self-learning cello brought out a confident musician in me; something that more than a decade of classical violin training had never achieved.
